Overview
The Guardian exists to protect. By designating Warded Allies, they form bonds of protection that let them intercede on behalf of their companions — absorbing hits, redirecting attacks, and rushing to their side when danger strikes.
A Guardian played well is invisible — their allies don't fall, crises are averted before they begin, and the party always seems to make it through. Played poorly, they're just a wall. Mastery lies in reading the battlefield and knowing when to intercede and when to hold position.
Warded Allies
You may designate up to two allies as Warded at any time. While Warded, those allies benefit from your Interception abilities — you can spend your reaction to redirect attacks aimed at them, grant them bonus Fortitude, or teleport to their side when they drop below a threshold.
